Photographer's note.

I, Albert Strauss, am a Danish-born photographer with a unique upbringing story. At the age of two I moved from Copenhagen to Eastern Europe with my family where I lived for more than a decade before relocating to Paris. After only a year in France the journey continued onwards to Mexico, and today I reside in Madrid, Spain where I have been for the past four years.

In addition to having lived in eight countries, I have ventured across oceans and continents in a quest to expose myself to the vast diversity that exists among humanity across the world. This portfolio presents not only destination-specific projects, but also stories about progressive learning experiences with photography and documentation.

Since there is no singular end-goal with a passion such as photography, I continuously find myself pursuing new photographic endeavours and will be sharing them on this webpage.
